About the event
Join us in a space where local songwriters perform and fans of original lyric-based music gather. Where you know you can catch a good show, for a fair cover price. A night to share a table with friends and loved ones, while enjoying the intimacy of artists sharing their songs.
This month's edition features the musical inner-workings of Sam Kaiser, Charis Tazumi, and Dylan Stone!
So get all your friends to come out! This is more than just another concert, it’s about being a part of a community-building space. This is something we really believe in, and we are stoked for you to become a part of it too.

Charis Tazumi
8:15-8:50
Charis Tazumi is an independent singer-songwriter based out of Victoria B.C, who shares her most heartfelt thoughts through wistful instrumentations and compelling lyricism. In May 2024, she released her debut album “In Subtle Ways”, recorded in Victoria with friend and collaborator Brendan Wong, as well other multi-genre and talented musicians. The album captures the subtle yet transformative moments of her life, weaving in narratives of delightful over imagination, the sweetness of starting a life with someone, and the feeling of finally waking up. While Charis is inspired by folk, indie pop, and alternative styles, the through line is Charis’ authenticity as a songwriter and the ethereal and compelling nature of her melodies.
Dylan Stone
9:00-9:45
Dylan Stone isn't just a musician; he's a storyteller, a poet, and a true artist. He is a compelling force blending a deep-rooted passion for storytelling with the gritty edge of rock and roll. Stone was nominated in 2020 for a Canadian Folk Music Award (New/Emerging Group) with his band The Unfaithful Servants. With his rock & roll outfit, The Dylan Stone Band, he has warmed up stages for the likes of Keith Urban, EVERLAST, Wide Mouth Mason and Alejandro Escovedo. An interesting and storied career has led him to perform on stage with musical heavies including Robert Randolf and Colin James. An honest musician who plays and sings from the heart, Dylan is a restless songwriter who is constantly pursuing new songs, sounds and collaborations. Stone has lived and toured across Canada and toured the West Coast extensively. He is a modern-day troubadour who is most at home on stage with guitar in hand.
